About Us

The Center for Interfaith Collaboration (CIC) was established in 2024 through a partnership between Village Church in Weston and Wellesley Village Church. The CIC aims to be a place where people of different faiths and convictions can keep company with and alongside one another, engaging in empathetic dialogue and actionable solidarity.

Our shared life takes many forms. We serve as a sacred space for faith communities to gather for worship. We pursue opportunities for joint service partnerships to uplift those amongst us who are most in need. We facilitate programming that promotes a more nuanced understanding of all faith traditions through education and respectful, public conversations. And, we join together in advocacy when our neighbor’s dignity is at stake. The Center is, at its heart, an experiment in belonging: a place to practice the kind of community that stays at the table even when it’s difficult. In doing so, we hope to nurture a deeper kind of connection – one that strengthens both our local communities and the wider common good.

We seek to strengthen communities through connection, conversation, and transformative action.

Our Mission

Our Mission

The Center for Interfaith Collaboration cultivates relationships across lines of faith and conviction through shared worship, service, advocacy, and learning. We provide space and partnership for communities to encounter one another with empathy, honesty, and purpose, seeking the common good through the practice of staying in relationship.

Our goal is to advocate for and amplify the range of faith traditions and voices living in and active throughout the MetroWest area.

Our Vision

We envision an active community where difference is not a barrier but an opportunity – where people of diverse faiths stand together in solidarity, act with compassion, and nurture belonging that strengthens both our local neighborhoods and the wider world.
